Rewards, Referrals and Affiliates
Our terms of participation with regard to our bonus program as well as our terms of use for promotional coupons and value vouchers are included in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please also note the following information.
Bonus Program
As a Customer, you can earn reward points by registering a Customer account in our Shop, through an order or a product review within our Shop, which you can then redeem with us during checkout by means of a discount. In order for the reward points to be credited to your Customer account, you must be logged into your Customer account during the ordering process.
In addition, you can also earn additional bonus points through a purchase made on referral (referral purchase) and through various promotional activities, which you can then redeem with us during checkout by means of a discount. For a purchase made on referral, the referred new Customer must also register a Customer account in our Shop and be logged into his or her Customer account during the ordering process so that the bonus points for the purchase made on referral can be credited to your Customer account. The referred new Customer also receives reward points for his or her registration and purchase.
Through a referral link displayed in your Customer account, you can share the purchase referral with others, e.g. via e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter or other social networks. This referral link is valid with regard to the referred visitor for 365 days after it has been shared and clicked, i.e. the supposedly referred new Customer will then be registered and the purchase made on referral be handled as a regular Customer in the system so that bonus points can no more be credited for that referral. You can also obtain the referral link including a short instruction by clicking on the “Referral Bonus” button while you are logged into your Customer account.
The reward and bonus points can only be credited to your personal Customer account, whether the billing and shipping information may differ. You can view the current Points balance including the individual transactions at any time in your Customer account. If, for example, a chargeback or refund of a payment, a revocation or a cancellation of the order, unless there is a statutory warranty or guarantee request, occurs, then we are entitled to adjust the Points balance accordingly.
If you wish to claim missing Points, you can do so at any time within 6 months from the day on which the order is received or from the day of the Rewarding Activity by stating the order number and the e-mail address used during checkout.
There is no minimum or maximum limit in number of points, except for the natural limits of the purchase amount before VAT, shipping and other costs, which limits the redemption of reward or bonus points. You may also redeem only a portion of your Points during checkout or transfer your Points to another Customer’s account (e.g. as a gift). Please do not register more than one Customer account per person if this is not deemed to be necessary. Your collected Points cannot be paid out in cash or by any other method of payment.
Promotional coupons and value vouchers
As part of promotional campaigns, we issue free promotional coupons (discounts), which you obtain e.g. through our newsletter, in your customer account of the Shop or on third-party websites.
In addition, you can purchase value vouchers (e.g. as a gift idea), provided with an individual value voucher amount, from us. In this case, please contact us, for example, by e-mail.
These promotional coupons and value vouchers can only be redeemed in our Shop during the ordering process and may be processed along with your reward or bonus points.

The Customer receives reward points for the registration of a Customer account or for a product review within our Shop:

For the first completed order by a new Customer on referral, the referring Customer receives bonus points:
45 Points per first completed order
The Customer receives reward points for a completed order. Unless otherwise indicated in the individual item view or during the ordering process for individual items or group of items, in case of a completed order or in case of a completed order by a new Customer on referral the award conversion key with regard to the purchase amount before VAT if applicable (excluding shipping costs or other costs) corresponds to:
1 Point per 1,00 EUR purchase amount
A reward or bonus point corresponds to a discount on the purchase amount before VAT if applicable (without shipping costs or other costs) once redeemed (redemption conversion key):
0,03 EUR per Point
The discount amount per Point in EUR includes VAT and it is applied to the purchase amount incl. VAT for purchases with a shipping address in the EU or where VAT applies, whereas for purchases with a shipping address outside the EU the discount amount per Point in EUR excludes VAT and it is applied to the purchase amount excl. VAT.
